Q: What to do if senior employee is trying to beat me ?

A senior employee of my company tried to beat me.i raised this matter to HR department but they are deliberately trying to take the side of that official. What can be done in the mater?

I advisable that you file a legal notice against the company immediately for battery and mental harassment. You can then follow up the legal notice by filling a case against the company. Thank you.

Q: Legal action against boss threatening to file false charges

My boss threatened me that he will impose false charges on me and will file a case against me. Is this a crime? What can i do. I am mentally upset regarding this.is this not harassment?

Q: Child quit the course want to claim for amount paid to institution

I had admitted my child in this institute but my child was not interested in this course.I paid 15000 for this course.Us there any law to refund my money if this institute willnt refund.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,If your employer has not paid your salary for 3 months you can serve a legal notice against them. If no consensus is reached between you and your employer you can then proceed to file a case against your employer for non payment of salary and for harassment. Thank you.

Q: Employer refusing to pay wages for the workers

Hello I'M writing here to get legal advice about my case . where I worked for company as an promoter/supervisor through a event company for a period 8 days on per day basis wage .now that event company refusing(not directly) to pay wages .what should I do? and what legal option i have?

Dear Sir/Ma'am, The best way to get your payment is to confront the company directly. If they deliberately ignore or waste your time through aimless indecision you can serve a legal notice against them. In case they don't reply to your legal notice within the prescribed time period you can then proceed to file a case against them. Thank you.
