Q: What can I do if a girl forces me to marry her

a frnd of mine was in relation with a girl and they had sexual intercourse and now the girl went to the police and threatened the boy to file a rape case or the boy has to marry him. she's not pregnant nor the girl is underage can a case be filed against the boy . do he need to marry the girl? as the boy family is not ready to except the girl.

If it a consensual sex between two adults then it cant be termed rape by the police but that depends on the proof that the boy had. But if she is forcing the boy to marry him then she cant do it. Other remedy are also available

Q: What is the procedure for alimony in case of divorce

We have been married for 14 years with 2 kids , a boy (13 yes) and a girl(7 yrs). Since beginning, my understanding with my in laws was not good. But now, after my father in laws death, my mother in law is a pain. My husband doesn't like my behaviour with his mother and want divorce. Sometimes he hit me also. If we do mutual consent divorce, still I will be getting alimony and taking my daughter with me.

Q: Procedure to continue case against missing payee

cheque payee does not provide me his address which he changed before his cheque bounce and his bank address is the same on which i filed a complaint against him.My lawyer does not know any further procedure to find that person..what are the options to find that person

You can send summons to his original address and make sure they are delivered then try to make him proclaimed offender so a criminal case is filed against him.in the meanwhile try to find his correct address through pan card and aadhar

You have to file case against the university. Only then they can aapear before and we can make sure that the court issue direction to that effect but before that we have to prove that the documents are genuine

Q: Wife sending defaming messages against him on social media

Me and wife are under legal tussle to get separate. After she failed to scare us through false 498a case, she srarted defaming us in social circle by sending messages to my friends on FB, etc. Is there a way to punish her for this? It's very humiliating and damaging my personal and professional health. I was married under HMA.

Collect evidence about sending offensive masseges to your friends and social circle and then send a defamation notice to her and claim action against her with civil and criminal procedings in court and can even give police complaint also
