Hi, My brother (Hindu) wants to marry a mexican girl . He is currently in Mexico. They will be coming back and settling down in India in May 2017. If they marry in Mexico ( legal marriage). Can the girl also come to India as Indian wife ( my brother will take her visa as wife). What formalities need to be carried when they arrive India. Will marriage in Mexico valid in India also. Please help

They can marry and register their marraige in Indian emabassy in Mexico. After tgat induan embassy will issue maraige certificate. Which is proof of marriage.Ask your brothwr to call embassy so that they can guide him in detail.
Q: I have been released on benefit for doubt can i apply for Govt. job.
I am released by court on benefit of doubt , am l liable for government jobs? Can I try for it

You can apply for govt. Job. But dont hide this thing while and if specfically asked to disclose if any trial you have faced.You can also attach the copy of judgment if it is asked for.Dont hide things.
Q: Where can a case be withdrawn from
I brother is in jail for small fight and police mentioned wrong charges on him because of other boys. And he has no previous case or complaint from last 5 months we are trying to close this case and opposite party also ready to take case back but session court judge cancelled the application he is not ready to give bail and withdrawn the case also. Today he mentioned that u all went to high court so agin u try in high court only and high court already said to solve in sesssion court. Pls help us we are in worried that why this judges are doing this and lawyer also taking money but they are not debating.

Go for quashing of FIR in high court.Session judge cannor quash FIR. if matter at initial stage you can also file discharge application before sessions judge... Quashing FIR and discharge are two different things
Q: False Sexual Harassment case on my father working in psu
My father in his govt office has served 20years but one female Intern lodged complaint against him under SH based on a handshake 5 months ago. She thought she would fail in exams n just before her results she lodged complaint. My father is law abiding and never did such thing. The ICC in his Dept declared him innocent 15days ago but now she Lodged FIR. Her brother is in police. My father already got anticipatory bail from court knowing her intentions. Now what should we do after FIR? Does a handshake proves him guilty for which she came forward and not my father. Any lawyer who won such case?
