Q: Family Counseling and Arrest for dowry and domestic violence
I was given notice for counseling by women police station based on complaint by my wife lies that I and my family asked dowry and physically assaulted her. I attended one counseling session. If she presses charges and FIR is filed, will i and my family get arrested immediately after latest SC judgement or will i get 7 days notice before arrest. If i can file for bail till then.

After counselling u can be arrested since u had been given opportunity to settle issues and take back your wife which has not happened further no settlement has happened and your wife will not keep quiet she will insist police by arresting you so take anticipatory bail for safety

section 200 of code of criminal procedurr is a section to file complaint in a court and without it private complaint cannot be fiiled in court and section 138 ni act is negotiable instrument act where a cheque has been bounced

Sir/madam i had closed my bank acc in March 2015 due to o/d loan from other bank... But one of my employee got hold of one cheque which was signed duly but not addressed mostly during cleaning my office after very long time which I was unaware.. He presented the cheque in August 2018 and got a reply.. Acc is closed and had put a 138 ni act... How to respond to him

Q: Cheque bounce case for the amount of 150000
I am a travel agent. One of my client had given me an amount of 120000 for a holiday trip... As agent I had tied up with different agent and paid him, unfortunately the trip got cancelled.. And the person whom I had given money is absconding.. My client has collected the 4 blank cheques and bounced two cheques of 120000 each, it's 4 months now and now my client had booked a police officer and telling to clear up right now or will file a FIR of cheque bounce case against me.
