Charsheet has been filed and first hearing date is 12-9-2022. Charge frame not done yet as this will be first hearing. Can i go for Quashing at this stage or i should continue with lower court. FIR has been filed after 10 months of separation, No date / Time mention no specific allegations mentioned. Me , My Mother and Father has done dowry demand, Mental Harassment etc etc 1 page FIR. Pl. yes if charge not framed you can go for quashing if in fir not allegation you should go for quashing it's better but I can't more say anything without reading for if you think no much allegation u should go for quashing

I am living with my husband in Germany, he threatens me for divorce and now we will bee going to india for some days , i am scared that he will do something there by which i will be stucked in India and will not be able to come back in Germany. Q: Is it necessary to get judgement copy frm court OR online copy enough?
I got judgement in my favour. I have downloaded judgement online. My advocate demands huge amount to handover this judgement copy though I have paid suit fees as per his demand. Is it necessary to get this copy OR online copy is enough? Plz guide me bcoz I can't afford to pay huge amount in lieu of this copy. Is there any discrepancy in court-judgement copy and online-judgement copy? Plz guide me.
