Sole propritory to private limited--- We would like to change sole propritory registered with GST to private limited. And we need to tranfer all the assets/liabilities of existing with statutory.

You have to incorporate a new private limited company and your proprietor ship concern shall be taken over and the Private Limited Company so incorporated must have “the takeover of a Sole Proprietorship Concern” as one of the objectives in its Memorandum of Association.

Hi,i got married without my interest and on my parents force and its just been 15 days.we keep fighting every day and its not working out together.i know i have to wait for atleast 6 months to file a divorce.is it possible for me to separate from him till i could file a divorce.

No petition for divorce shall be presented within one year of marriage, so you have to wait for one year to file Divorce Case. Till then you can live separately. But in the cases of exceptional hardship to the petitioner or of exceptional depravity on the part of the respondent, Divorce Case can be filed within one year with a permission petition.
