Q: Legal advice for SLP in supreme court
High court uttarakhand has passed a judgement.Regarding service writ petition.In which court has odered government of uttarakhand to send we 3 people in training with in 6 week.But government has decided to go to supreme court in this matter. So i want to know few legal advise what should we 3 do know?What will be the percent of judgement in our favour?Is there any process to go supreme court before government will go for SLP as government is going supreme court 100 percent.

why do you want to go on your own, you should defend yourself if they file SLP. it may not be good if you go to supreme court with cause of action of high court then you are challenging high court order which I believe you don't want to challange.
Q: Tax Deducted But Not Filed By Employer
My ex empoyer has deducted my tax on the basis of my salary, upon asking him form 16 , he is not coperating but saying my tax has been filed already. I need to file my itr for financial year 18-19. And these guys r not providing me with form 16. What can i do to either get by deduction back or form 16 to file the ITR. Ps: dnt hv offer letter or relieving letter. Hv bank statement s only

if you have salary slips bank statement etc to establish that you were working for this company you can claim money from this company. tax deducted at source will be getting reflected in your form 26AS.
Q: About section 8 of the PC Act 1988 applicable the employee of firm
Sir if the bribe is given to the public officer by the employee of the commercial organization then sec 8 of the PC act 1988 will be apply to that employee or not?? Plz answer sir

Yes if PC act case is registered against government employee and private company employee is involved in bribing him or her, case can be registered against such employee of private firm. however we can give better advice after knowing all facts of case

Yes you can approach NCLT directly as financial creditor that will get you relief much more faster as compared to RERA, if you wish we can help you to file case in NCLT and get appropriate relief. jurisdiction of NCLT can be decided on the basis of registered office of builder
