Sir/mam actually meri bhabhi ne hmpe jhutha dowry ka case file kiya hai jabki humne phle hi SP office aur thana me notice bhej chuke the by complete papers ki wo future me aisa kr skti hai fir bhi wo case file hua aur usne 15lakhs ki mang ki hai jisse hamara bail reject ho gya h jo ki ab high court se hoga so what can i do.

Apko High court se Anticipatory Bail mil jayega. Bail milne k bad FIR/Charge sheet quashing ke liye petition Dalna hoga. Darne ki jarurt nahi h 6 mahine me apka nam FIR se hat jayega. Lakin phle apko Bail lena hoga , nahi to Police apko aur apke Ghar walo ko pareshan kr skti hai.
Q: Anticipatory bail modification for a senior citizen
i was granted anticipatory bail in highcourt with a condition that i have to appear physically on each and every date before a trial court in 2013. I am an old woman, for modification of same crmp has been filled in same highcourt. Can I file any application before the supreme court since its taking too long to dispose of in high court?

You have to move an I.A for early hearing on in crmp which has filed in High Court. If it will be dismissed then you can file SLP in supreme court and seeking time bound your matter on medical ground.
