I got married on 29/01/2019. Within 1 week of my marriage I found out that the girl that I got married to, she has lied to me about her DOB and her education. She doesn't know even a single word of English despite being a post graduate in commerce. I feel as if I am being cheated and this is why I don't want to spend my life with this girl. It was an arranged marriage... I spent 1 month with this girl post our marriage and within that 1 month she asked me do these things "She asked me for cyanide twice, she told me to leave my home for 6 months and wanted her brother and his wife to live at our home, she doesn't behave properly with my sisters and mom". Things like these upset me the most. We went to there house and asked for mutual divorce. They initially agreed, but now suddenly they have file a case in women cell for false dowry and domestic violence. I went for a first counselling and I literally cried in front of I/O.. please help me if u can. _/_

Q: Transfer case from a biased judge

My divorce is filed in delhi tis Hazari. OP filed hma 24.For argument , i filed many submissions - argument against admissibility- argument that she has filed fake information with evidence- filed 151 cpc read with section 9 for seeking information due to hiding of information.Judge did not took a single submission on record like noting it in his daily order.Ignored facts and delivered a 20K maintenance .- Grounds like division of salary difference in a ratio without considering whether her present income is sufficient ?- my parents are dependent on me, so judge monkey balanced & made her parent dependent on her, & eventually using that to argue salary difference division. Even when she never pleaded her parents as dependent. What should I do ?File review or appeal against judgement .Or can i file application in high court that judgement is violative of Judicial procedure and hence set aside it.I want to get case transferred out of this lunatic judge. How ? Advice pls ?

Advocate Mrinmoi Chatterjee answered
Dear ClientDo not worry, you can file an appeal before the Delhi High Court against the interim order granting 20,000 maintenance. The net salary of the husband, liabilities and expenditure have to be taken into account while determining interim maintenance. You may contact for filing of the same.
