Q: Company not paying Full and Final settlement what action can i take

I want to know how to file a case against my previous organization for not giving the final settlement money. Employer name:  I have salary slip, appointment letter, no dues certificate, resignation mail. I want to recover my FnF with interest for the delayed time. Please guide me how to proceed legally.

You need to show your Appointment letter with Terms & Conditions of Appointment and the documents you have mentioned above. Can proceed for the recovery of dues. You can get the same by legal process. Which city you were working in and wheather the company was Partnership concern, proprietorship or a Limited co.

Q: Pension denied by MTNL even after working for 10 years

MY SISTER IN LAW HAD WORKED WITH DOT/MTNL FOR OVER 10 YEARS. AFTER MARRIAGE, DUE TO SOME MATROMONIAL PROBLEM SHE COULD NOT CONTINUE AND REGULAR IN SERVICE. SHE WAS CHARGE SHEETED AND NOW THE DEPTT. IS REFUSING FOR PENSION.

You need to show the charge sheet and your reply you sent to them. Your appointment letter and its Terms and conditions . Please discuss with complete documents to get a suitable reply. Have you given them a resignation letter or not?

Q: What is the duty of the company if employees of the company harass

Is there was any duty of owner of compnay in whcih you had started to work and other employees of his office had harrase you in that city in PG . Is there was any responsibilty of owner of the compnay to wards this that other employee in office wont disturb another single employee of his company living in same PG. if yes then under which section.

Owner of the company is not responsible for anyone's personal life outside the office. what is the matter? pl. share in detail so that complete advise is accorded to you. Section applied will be known after going through the matter in detail.

Q: Irregularity in recruitment by Company what can be done

i appeared for recruitment conducted by NPCIL ( Nuclear power corporation of India limited) . i was declared unqualified beacuse i was lacking 8 marks , in this regard i file RTI seeking details of there answer keys and mu response . I fould that 7 questions out of 100 asked by them were judged on faulty answer key. I filed compalin in this regard on govt's greviences portal . After 3 months NPCIl authorities gave reply that there answer key is correct but it can be seen that there answers key is clearly . what can i do in this matter( they have given me written reply that there answer key is correct but i can prove that there answer key is faulty)

Q: Neighbor not ready to compromise over the common wall what to do.

My house wall is attached with my neighbor wall. we both have same wall but we are constructing our house that wall is problem he is deny to remove that wall. we are agree on 50-50 use of the wall wall width is 14 inch we are using only 7 inches wall but he is raising objection. please advise.

How big is the wall. What is the area? You can rebuild the wall with 7" width and make independent walls. Pl. shoe the wall in the map and talk to the person. Pl. discuss in detail with all relevant papers showing your property.
