Advocate Mohit Jolly has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

He has represented and advised foreign and domestic clients at various Courts and Arbitral forums in matters involving Corporate and Commercial laws, Regulatory and Infrastructure, Intellectual Property and Competition Law. He has also represented many corporate clients at numerous forums being Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, etc in copious matters involving questions of Property and Real Estate, Taxation, Arbitration, Education, Service, Regulatory and Infrastructure, Intellectual Property and Competition Law. He has worked extensively in the field of International and national commercial Arbitration, Conveyancing of deeds and agreements for Real Estate Development Projects.

He has been advising and representing a number of schools and educational institutions in various matters pertaining to the Right to Education Act and Delhi School Education Act, Clients on Competition, Taxation and Civil issues.

Advocate Mohit has worked in various Infrastructure Projects, Regulatory and Policy with particular focus on matters pertaining to Telecom and Power. He has handled arbitration and litigation issues arising in various infrastructure projects and has acted and pleaded on behalf of the clients at various forums being Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, TDSAT, APTEL, State Commission, DERC, etc.

Advocate Mohit enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2005. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
