Our friend is in police custody for accident in which the victim died due to injuries .Now police has charged him with 304, 201 . Can he get bail please help.

Q: Forcefully threatening marriage

I'm from Srinagar I had a relationship with a Srinagar girl and I had promised her for marriage but I did breakup she is mentally ill but she don't want to leave me and Threatening for suicide, harrasing, abusing my family, pelting stones on us,raising hand on m... I had some photos with her so she is blackmailing with that...she went to police and forcefully wanted to do marriage and I don't want to...so police made sign on application of engagement papers with her so I did engagement but my life is hell...she is making me puppet and (putting false allegations on me of rape too ) that if I won't marry her she will put rape case?is this a law where noone is helping me out I'm tired of my life my family crying she is torturing me a lot...I want to marry some other girl she is waiting for me what should I do

in this u have to file a case of harassment against her but first you must tell us from how many years you are in relationship and what sort of photographs she have. whether you have make any commitment for marriage in any chat or by any means.

There is no need to file tax again as land is not registered and sale agreement is also a conditional document .you can deposit the sale deed in court and get it registered as far is issued now and it is valid for 30 days only

Hi, my wife is living in spain with my 3 years old baby, we have not been in contact for more than 2 years nt a single msg of hello, i tried to contact before 2.5 years n she replied she want divorce, bt i m in india n currently jobless before i was doing job in bpo on salary of 17k she is post graduate n m 12th pass, i have no money for alimony pr any kind of maintainance if she ask for, what r the grounds for divorce n can she file any case, she left on her own by saying only want divorce bt now she want to drag the case for money kindly suggest

File a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and get decree from court that she has to live with u and fulfil her matrimonial obligations. And still if she wants divorce then ask her for mutual divorce without any alimony otherwise let her fight for alimony as she live in foreign and doesn't have time to contest casein India so she will never be ready to drag litigation for years and years and easily give mutual divorce to u

Q: Husband wants to file for divorce but wife not giving proper answer

My friend needs a divorce but her wife's side is not giving him proper answer whether to give or not. My friend spoke to his father many times but not getting any proper answer as my friend needs a divorce. His wife at this time in her parents home and the time she left she didnt informed to him or her in-laws. My friend never asked for dowry. Kindly suggest me the legal way my friemd can handle this. Upon that my friend's wife is 4 years elder to him which his parents lied about.

SirYou have not mentioned the proper facts. When the marriage was held, when your friend came to knowledge about the age of girl, whether after that your friend make any physical relationship with girl, whether marriage is consummated and whether they have any child or not. Before filing divorce petition or any other petition we have to know all the above facts. It's better if your friend consult us in chamber.
