Q: Limitation period for filing a case for sexual harassment

I made my complaint personally handed over to police on 19-5-2018. My case is regarding 'sexual harassment as a minor'. Till now they have not lodged a FIR. They are saying the case is 'too old'! What to do?

Respected sir send a written complaint to concern SSP of your area through regisred post and attach a FIR copy with this application.If SSP doesnt take any initiative then you will move to court under 156(3) of CrPC.

Q: Procedure to change age in documents

sir i got my 10th and 12th results in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Is dre a possibility to get my age changed nw ???

yes you can change your date of birth but the procedure is very typical and lengthy first of all you must arrange all proof regarding your true date of birth and then file a case in the court .if court will satisfied then change your date of birth.

Why you want surrender your domicile ? the procedure is very simple first of all typed an application in the name of tehsildar and consult your local area patwari or your local revenue department and surrender your domicile.

Q: Procedure to obtain domicile certificate without property documents

Hello i need to know that my brother want to get Domicile but due to family property dispute we dont have any document related to property. Is it any other way to get the domicile, please help me out.

if your father name is in the property then the paper can get from patwari or revenue office dosent mater property is disputed or not .your brother lives in village or in city ?if lives in city then you must have assesment record in nagarpalika .assesment is also a proof of domicile.

Q: How to exit a bond made by a medical college

I completed my mbbs(with internship) in March 2018 from a govt medical college in uttarakhand. At the time of internship we were asked to sign a bond stating that we are bound to serve in the rural areas of uttarakhand for a period of five years after completion of mbbs. If we fail to do so we shall have to deposit an amount of rupees thirty lakhs. Now I am posted as a medical officer in uttarakhand. And I want to prepare for upsc civil service examination. Can I fill the form. can I join the service if I get selected without filling the bond amount?

yes you can fill the form UPSC. Civil service is also govern by the government and your undertaking also in favour of government. after all in both cases you will serve to the government not to private sector.
