Q: Divorce On Cruelty Filed By My Husband
My husband filed divorce under cruelty on me. He has taken my past adultery 5yrs back as cruelty on him and his family. He has SMS data , now he is saying he will show that in court and he will get divorce easily . He is also saying ,I will not get any alimony and maintenance. Are SMS data enough for proving adultery. Is it valid ... without the authentication of me or the other guy how did he get the SMS record 5yrs back. Is it valid in the court pls advise me . He stayed with me after knowing the fact after that I never talked with that guy.

My cousin is married just married 2 months ago .His wife eloped, she typed a watt Sapp message stating she didn't like the boy as he is having spondylitis and wrote a letter that all convinced her to get married ,but she didn't like the marriage and mentioned the names of few relatives in her letter who convinced her for marriage. Doctor identified she is having border line personality disorder .She mentioned that she wants to trouble everyone as she is angry as my cousins parents took her to psychiatrist counseling .How we have to proceed in this case. Marriage taken place in Hindu temple. Police still couldn't trace her.

Husband sent divorce papers through Islamic court n stamp papers with two witnesses it’s talaq bayani means 1 talaq in one month with iddat amount and meher amount my question is if the papers has come from court so is it final decision or any chance of patch up?
