Hi Can u help me what is the procedure to buy a home where owner died and his wife is willing to sell the property. Who would be the legal hiers. Owner was surviving with his wife, daughter and his parents. I am being told that the case is in court and I too have to visit as buyer of the home

Q: Advise in case 70 yr. old building. declared as danger which is rented

I am having my parent's 70 yrs. old bldg. of 1 flr. & 16 rooms in it. its declared danger by ambernath muncipal authority. in the 4 rooms tenants are living at present they are not ready to empty & as its owned my parents if this bldg. collpsed & if any odd incident happens govt. will put responsibility on me before to that I want your advise that I want to take demolish of bldg. order from muncipal authority so tenant will automatically get out & bldg. will get demolish for this what to do & how much expenses will require for legal action my land is N.A.

Q: I will sell the property but cheques by buyer will bounce, what to do?

Q: Remedy if one of the joint holder of property refusing to use the land

My grandpa have given 3 guntha land to my mom but the 7/12 of that land is having multiple names. All the names on that 7/12 is ready to give NOC to build bunglow on that land but only one aunt is opposing for the same. She is not giving any response what should be done from 2013 till date. What is the solution how can the 7/12 can be seperated or how i can go furthur with this? As i have to build bunglow on the said land.

Ask her to file for a partition suit and get the land partitioned is. your aunts portion of land. In such case the land will be partitioned and her land will get separated on papers and 7/12 extract as well

Q: Dad has partnership business with brother but no name in property
