Q: Builder demanding more money than agreement
I have bought a house in Jamnagar, Gujarat from a builder. We had made an agrrement regarding price of the property on stamp paper. Now the builder is demanding more money than the agreement claiming that he had made a mistake in the agreement regarding price. He has forcefully locked the house and will not allow us to enter the house until I pay extra money. The house is registered under my name. What shall I do in this situation.

Sir, I have bought mobile through Flipkart. Now it is not in working condition warranty period. I have given it in to Authorized service station last from 2 months. Still it is not repair.
