Who will be the owner of father's immovable property among living brother/sister & deceased brothersMy father expired in 1980 , we have 4 brothers & 3 sisters, out of which 2 brothers expired having no family& 1 brother has widow, 2 sisters expired out of which 1 has family & 1 has no family. Q: Contest / Appeal in Divorce Case
Almost 1 year 6 month from the month of my marriage. Self and my wife stayed together for 20 days. Now my wife filed a case against me on Dowry Demand, Domestic Violence and Abuse and above filed case is 100% false case.
