Hi im 24 yrs old male . i hav a sister who is 19 yrs old.i hav a little brother 12yrs old. My dad has properties which he got from my grand father..my dad also earned a lot ..now can i ask for a property dividing between us or should my little brother should reach 18 or above to qualify for property dividing..At this age can i ask for my property shares??

As per your questing you can file a partition suit in civil court and get the position you will get the right with equal share because your fathers property and you having share in that property nothing to worried just file a partition suit approximately time taken 8 months to 1 year



Q: Girl threatening to put false case stating me as reason for divorce

Sir my friend a lady with love. married in court after four years both r went to lawyer and taken agreement for separation of joint living after four yers. The mention that we r living from four years without marriage in one house. We getting miss understanding within us that's y we seperating. From joint living. After that lady cheated another boy because of u my husband given divorce to me marry me otherwise I will put u case, I will die. That boy decided marry in tention but after that he know that she cheated him... He totally confuse wht to do give me answer....

As per your question do you have a proof of separation of joint living from the court or you made an agreement between your friend and his wife if you have a proof then nothing to worried you file a criminal case against that she cheated him if police is not taking action then we file a private complaint if you want to file a divorce bring all the document and proof that she cheated him so easily he will get the divorce



Q: Person took money to get me job now asking for money he is threatening

One Person cheated me very badly 1) He offers me a job for that i has to pay 120000/- 2) i went to the company with the offer letter they states that the OFFER LETTER WAS FAKE 3) So i asking him give me my money back he agreed for that 4) After Few days he involved some GUNDAS(ROWDIES) to settle this,all that ROWDIES Threats us 5) they given some time period to return money he crossed that time period 6) more ROWDIES involved in that to settle that case 7) by seeing all rowdies i went to PS there he agrees to give CHEQUE with time period of 2Months 8) Cheque was returned 2 times. What action to take?

As per your question dont worried we will file a criminal complaint against that person and also rowdies , nothing to worried you will get the whole amount which you had paid and more ever if the police is not registering the complainant we will file private complaint and take a nacessary action against that person



Q: Cheques issued by LLP owner but payment stopped what action can i take

I had transfer some amount to one on the LLP as we wanted to do partnership with them. But because of we decide to withdraw project, LLP owner gave me post dated cheques of same amount. No I am considering following an wanted to know what will happen if those situation arrived. - Cheque bounce. - He reported missing cheques before I submit it to the bank. - He asked to stop cheque payment to the bank. What cases I can file if in case something mention above happened.

As per you question dont worried about the amount of cheque . if the cheque is bounce then with in 15 day you have to issue a legal notice for cheque for and repay the amount it is process you have to fallow we are expert in this field definitely you will won the case and you will get the whole amount what ever mention in cheque and also you will get the compensation for hiring advocate fees



Q: maintaining illegal relationship with married women

gd mrng sir,if a married woman is maintaining a iilegal relationship with some people, whether a husband can book a police complaint on those fellows who r maintaining illegal relationship.but police are not accepting the complaint why? is there only one solution for the said problem i.e., to commit suicide by husband r to kill her.plz advice me.

As per your question if police is not accepting your complaint then you file private complaint against with your wife stating that illegal relationship with others , get the proof of evidence showing illegal relationship and submit in court so you can get easily you will get the divorce if you want to divorce her
