Q: False SC/ST CasePolice Case Against My Dad

Hi.. i married to a girl belonging to SC category almost 10 yrs back. Her parent n brothrr didnt accept it and they continuously trying to implicate my family creating trouble n mental harassment and threatening to us. Recently her brother filed false SC/ST complaint against my parent. I want best possible solution from this forum.. also ee want to file counter complaint we have 10s of evidences against him e.g. threatful voice recording, written wattsapp messages to kill us etc etc. Also want to write to Bar Association to cancel his license. Can someone guide me here. Much appreciated.

it should be stay in high court for long period. It's not a big section . You filed a counter f.i.r. against him . There is no provision to bar association have power to cancel his lincense without any guilty

Sir meri wife ne 2010 me mere upar 12 dv act ka jhuta case laga rakha hqi jiski proceedings abhi chal rahi hai isme mere beemar rehne ki wajah se do bar ex party ho gaya jisko ki maine restore karwa liya lekin is bar fir se isme ex party order ho gaya jisko ki maine restoration ke liye dala lekin judge ne meri application khariz kar di ab plzz mujhe bataye ki me kya karu iske liye highcourt jau ya fir DM ke yaha apply karu.highcourt jata hu to waha fees bahut hai plzz meri help kijiye mujh par aur bhi case chal rahe hain like 498, 406, 127,

Come high court and get instant relief , no other way you got relief , first you got arrest stay than do further enquiry , district magistrate have no power to do anything in fir cases , so don't be confuse

In criminal case of murder with dowary.accused plea for bail refused from hc....can he go to sc for bail?????......n how can I stop him for granting bail from SC prior to his bail application.....pls suggest

File a petition for oppose his bail and for save corner file a caveat in supreme court for opposing a bail application , if he got bail than file a petition otherwise file a caveat , this is only way ,

Q: can we challenge the appointment against whom criminal case is pending

Dear Sir, A candidate having criminal case u/s 342,307,323,504,506,147,395 IPC, is appointed as a teacher, he has not disclosed the same on character certificate of police. The case is pending before the appointment. The court has also issue the N.B.W. against him before the appointment and he was on bail before the appointment. Can we challenge his appointment. Please suggest me the way

Sir you challenge his appointment in the high Court , and confirm court dismiss his appointment in the first hearing . If you have get fir copy only . And appointment authority also answerable for this appointment

Q: Helpers family filed a case against us what to do.

My maidservant of approximately 60 years, passed away as she was unwell. We looked after her well during the whole period medicines, hospital expense and everything. Her family refused to even take care of her during her last days even though we said we would make a monthly paymenet for her upkeep. Now on her death they have accused us of killing her and have filed an FIR. What are the options available for us.
