Q: Is there any way to find out what all properties are there in his name

That Retd Inspector of Police who is thief also, does not used to give Tenant verification document in Police station, can i also raise this issue in court against him and get him punished for this. Is there any way in India to find out all property against some person name (such that Victim will be to know how much assets accused have, so that accused won’t be able to say lie when time comes for him to full fill damage happen by him to victim )? Can we make complaint against a Police ASI, if he has written some Peple stmt in bad writng, tht not evry typist sitting in court was able to read it

Q: Can property be sold to 3rd party if NOC is not given by the 1st owner

Helo sir My question is when a person has not recieved no objection certificate from the previous owner and in gmada records he is still the owner, can the new owner who still hasnot recieved noc enter into agreement to sell with a third party, when actuaaly in gmada records he is not owner and has nit recieved noc
