Q: against increased cost
Sir I have allotted a house through lottery by UIT.They had the conditions that the customer have to submit the whole amount before the possession of the house because from this amount they will make the complete structure of the house.I had deposited the whole amount after the allotment.but now UIT saying because the rate of construction has increased so the customer has to bear the increased amount and after paying this amount they will give the house to us.So Please advice me as this is against the law.

Q: Accident with Truck and Bike. What is my liabilty
Yesterday i met with accident with bike . During the curve road, biker falls down and i tired to escape the biker so i took my car into ground into a big stone And bike came under my truck and biker injured and now he is now hospital and some people cased . And my truck is in police station. As biker falls down before my truck arrive near the bike and got hurted due to falling down with high speed and he is not having license

Q: Money given on credit by hand and the debtor is not paying back
Sir namaste, I gave money on credit to two different persons, now they are cheating are not making payment. I have our messages as clear proofs, please guide to recover my money sir

First of all send a legal notice those and all for recovery of your amount with in time limit if the person won't give you the money in a fixed time limit afterwards you can file the civil suite in judicialy Court and after that the person will have to make sure return your money.
Q: borrower not giving back the money. what are my options
I have given some money to one individual who in turn gave me undated cheque of his company. he is not giving me the promised interest for last 6 months nor returning the principal amount. shall I submit the cheques to my bank which will be bounced as there is no money in his account. I want to know the course of action to recover my money.

First of all those cheque present in your bank account if you received that money by that cheque than well in good author wise u will receive that cheque with return memo with this cheque than u send a legal notice of his company and after 15 days u can file complain again his company
