Q: Change our name on 7/12 certificate without our consent

My grandfather purchased agriculture land in 1960 and the same time his name added in 7/12 certificate of same land number. but in 1977 our name remove from 7/12 certificate change and add name of person staying in same village. In this regard we are not received any notice from any authority. Please provide solution on that.

From this information it appears that name of third person is recorded in 7/12extract.However unless I see mutation entry in that regard it is difficult to give solution. So if possible show me that particular 7/12 extract and mutation extract ie ferfar and visit by getting appointment
