Q: Battery exchange issue delay by service provider

Sir..on 4 june 2020 ..my activa honda battery totally got discharge..and then the battery is in warrenty period with 18 months..so i said them plsz exchange it, as it is in warrenty period..so they take the battery and on the receving letter they told to collect the new battery on 17/06/2020.but now they makes excuses..that battery supplier is not providing nd other silly excuses..i had a proof of written by them and a voice call record..can i have any option of legal way..

yes you can register complain to company service center first send legal notice through advocate then after 1 month giving notice you camp find the consumer complaint under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act

Q: How to apply for passport in case there is a pending case

I have pending police, had a fight with police constable...it's been almost 5 years and charges have not been proved yet. I got a job offer from Italy and want to apply for a passport. What should I do? It's a question of my carrier. Please help me on this as i am getting mentally depressed bcoz of this.

You can go to abroad by taking court for making passport by giving GSR rules and making an application towards court give undertaking to same

Q: Can victim claim compensation for accident after 2 months

I was driving car on wrong side of Road as the road on right side was not built properly.Suddenly a bike from right side comes in crossing and hit with my car.I tried to save them but they got hit from my car and for saving them my car also bangs into the wall from left side. They were two people not wearing helmet.Now after 2 months they asking me claim or they are saying they will lodge police case. I want to know in this situation will insuarnace company will pay the money as my car policy is covered with 3rd party insuarance. Will my car will be kept by police. please put some light on this case. thanks in Adavance.

Q: Fraud/Cheating by bank for charging inflated rate of interest

I have a loan from bank. Bank has done recasting of loan and changed inflated interest rate applied than original statement for same period. The calculation done for interest is also wrong at several places. Bank has refused to correct same Can I file an FIR for "cheat and fraud by bank" or any other legal action can be taken. Please advise
