Q: What is the total time taken in the mutual divorce process

We have applied for Mutual concent divrce, but the strange part is court has given the 1st date on 04-DEc which is 6 months from the time we applied for divorce, Lawyer said on that date councelling will be done & based on the outcome of the mediation court will grant the divorce. Will both happen on the same Day? or will there be further delays. We have been married for 12 years & living seperately for the past 2.5 years Having a kid who is 10 years old. She is a working women taking a salary of 40K Should i pay alimony to her?

YOU CAN FILE AN APPLICATION FOR DISPENSATION ASKING TO REDUCE THE TIME.USUALLY THE TIME OF 6 MONTHS IS INITIALLY GIVEN AS IT IS A STANDARD PRACTICE AND IN CASE OF URGENCY DISPENSATION APPLICATION CAN BE FILED

Q: How many days it will take to get an anticipatory bail for 306 and 498

My brother is in judiciar custody since 9 days he has been charged with 306 and 498 section and same section on my mother as well . we applied anticipatory bail for my mother it’s been 9 days how many days it will take to get an anticipatory bail in Bangalore section court and normal bail for my brother. My brother wife committed suicide and left a death note and she mentioned my brother name and my mother name

It all depends how we speed up the case but still there will be some court procejers we have to falliw to obtain anticipatry bail further far regular bail it needs to know about the stage of the case

Q: Is it difficult or easy to get divorce under Cruelty ?

Hi My husband divorced his first wife under cruvality, Hertfordshire also divorced his second wife under cruvality after that he married me now he kicked me out of house and filed a divorce case under cruvality. I'm not interested to give divorce i won't give up my marriage life. Plzzzzz tell me is it easy for getting divorceusing this section of cruvality. Kindly advice me on this.

Getting divorce depends on the circumstances of the case .Has your husband already field for divorce ? If not then u can file a restitution of cojugal Rights case .Which says that u are interested to reunite with your husband .

Q: Procedure in case husband is avoiding physical intimacy with wife

I got married 2.2.5 months ago.ago . After marriage I noticed My husband is avoiding physical intimacy .on asking he says nothing but keep quiet. After a month and a half he confessed that he is taking sm treatment for sm sexual problem since 1 year. It s been 4 months n I m still trying to convince him to spend sm time together. I want to savsave this marriage But he never tries to talk on the issue. His family supporting her n keep telling me to give him sm time. I m emotinally broken up n frustrated.frustrated . I have no feelings for him now neither he does What should I do? I m feeling mentally tortured Plz advice

Hello.If you have decided to sepertae then you can file for divorce .If ur husband alsoagrees for seperation then u can go for a mutual consent divorce .If you want to give him time u have to wait .also u can claim for maintenance from him .
