Sir, I am working in a Private Limited Software Development Company, my Annual Salary income is 30 Lac, I don't have any other income, I belong to OBC cast, do my daughter eligible for OBC non creamy layer certificate ?

No , आप की वार्षिक आय 3000000 रूपय , होने के कारण OBC कैटेगरी मैं आरक्षण प्राप्त करने के हकदार नहीं क्योंकि इस केटेगरी में इनकम सीमा 800000 रुपए निर्धारित कर दी गई है इस पर 800000 रुपए से अधिक वार्षिक आय होने पर OBC कैटेगरी में नहीं होंगे

My civil first appeal is in stage- For hearing due course and list in court Jodhpur high court. what is time limit for this appeal to disposed or decision by Judge?

Q: does living with an already married women legal

I am Hindu Man and in a relationship with a Hindu Girl whose divorce is on going (Her divorce is going on since 3.5 years. Her husband was drunk and right now he is not ready for mutual consent. Contested divorce battle is on going and her husband is not in mood to give divorce). Now can I stay with her without marriage ? If Yes then there will no any proof/or any name of our relationship. As a man, Are there any co-sequences that I may face in future?

तलाक से पहले किसी भी प्रकार से कोई भी संबंध अवैध होगा अगर आप फिर भी रहना चाहिए दोनों से मत हो तो आपको कोई भी नहीं रोक सकता लेकिन भविष्य में होने वाले प्रभावों के प्रति सजग रहे हैं आप प्रयास करके जो तलाक का मुकदमा न्यायालय में लंबित है उसमें कुछ कार्रवाई करवाने का का प्रयास करें ताकि आपका और उसका भविष्य सही तरीके से गुजर सकें

My case is Under section 13B . On second motion judge gives us a date for order writing. If on this date second party does not come. Then what can be the consequences? What should I do?

आपने अपने प्रश्न में यह नहीं लिखा है कि आप अपने पति से तलाक क्यों चाहती हैं अगर आपके पास में तलाक लेने का मजबूत आधार है तो आप उन आधारों पर संबंधित कोर्ट में मुकदमा दायर कर तलाक प्राप्त कर सकते हैं अगर आपके आधार मजबूत हुए तो आपको तलाक मिल जाएगा इसके लिए आपके पति के हस्ताक्षर आवश्यक नहीं है
