Hi, at the time of purchase what is your age, what is your father age, if you are major at the time of sale you entitled in the said proprty. If you minor at that time you not entitled any share because it is your father self acquired property. But my advise you to file suit for partition and separate possession in respect of the said property and other property if any



Q: How to get share for my mother's property which is purchased by other

Actually my mothers Property got sale. I dint sign in registration time(8yrs) back.now my brother and mothers are in very bad stage,now can I put case for that property.

Yes, you can file a partition suit and also for cancellation of sale deed before competent court having jurisdiction. If you are not party to the suit then suit for not binding upon the sale deed or for cancellation of sale, but you have to pay the court fee on the sale deed.

Our land is not divided in equal in 4 brothers and 2 daughters they cheated my father but as son I filed case in civil court for my dad portion then civil court ordered 1/4 share for me & 2doughters exparty in the case.after 321 days RA WAS preferred but due to delay it's dismissed in the court now I filed caveat in high court Shall they go for high court for the stay and dismiss of the 1/4 th share

Hi. If they are interested to prepare an RSA before the High Court, they will file,but they will not obtain stay because you have filed caveat. Court has to issue notice and has to give an opportunity to you before granting stay.
