Q: Advice in case builder not paying the amount as ordered by court.
I have filed a case against the builder in Karnataka state consumer forum. Since builder didn't appear in the court he was made xparte. Court has ordered to return my money along with interest with 45 days. But is not ready to follow the order. What can I do to recover my money

For execution of the "JUDGEMENT & DECREE" of the Karnataka State Consumer Commission, we have to file an "EXECUTION PETITION (EP)" same as civil proceeding of Civil court before the Karnataka State Consumer Commission under section 27 by enclosing the Judgment copy.
