Q: How can I claim mediation fees of 30 thousand with my wife

Dear sir I m going to hi court allahabad for appeal of 498 which my wife file against me but the court order mediation of both the parties in mediation centre ..my wife only come first time in mediation centre and take 30 thousand rupees frm centre.. and after that she never come in centre and mediation failed after 4 visit.. dear sir can I claim back that 30 thousand rupees frm her or in court..

Hello there...You can send a legal notice to your wife for the return of the 30,000 rs. and you can also highlight the issue in the court when the mediation fails and the case is sent back to the concerned court.Best Wishes

Q: Bullying In College By A Lab Partner

I am being bullied in college by my lab partner.We both are 19 year old male.Details of the bullying:-1)shouting/being mean2)telling the teacher that I don't work and thus the teacher giving me 7/10 instead of 10/10(happened once)3)out of frustration snatching a disc(a lab equipment) from my hand.(Happened once)4)ordering me to do his work.What do you think should be done?And which of the above 4 are illegal ?and i can take legal action?

Hello there... you can surely take legal action.. but in this case I would suggest you to talk to your parents and the head of the department and the matter should be discussed and am sure the college will take deciplinenary action and your issues will be resolved.If the issue is still not resolved you can contact a lawyer in your concerned District Court..best wishes

Q: criminal force , road rage and rowdy behaviour

Some goons used criminal force and did physical assault and ran away.How for can be lodged against them, i dont have any details of them.

Hey there....you can still lodge the complainant .. and Di not delat in lodging the complainant.. there must be CCTV footage somewhere in that area and they can be caught.. it's police's job to see how they will catch the culprits.. your job is to simply go and lodge a complaint in the nearest police station where the incidents took place. you can also go on the online portal and lodge an FIR. I would urge you to pursue the matter.. as leaving goons like these is a threat to call women.

Mere husband ne family court me divorce file kiya hai... Meri shadi one year phle huyi thi... Sirf one month sasural me rahi... Mere devar ne mere sath misbehave kiya to iske against jab mai gyi to mujhe us Ghar se nikaal diya meri saas ne... Or ab divorce file krwaya hai mere husband se cruelty basis par... Maine bahut baar jaane ki koshish ki but un logo ne mujhe ghar me entry nahi karne di... Police ko bhi lekar gyi thi.... Mai apne sasural me kaise rahu legally?

hello dear,Tumhe apne ghar me rehne ka pura rights hai.. abhi divorce case dala hai husband ne but abhi divorce hua nahi hai.. jab tak divorce final nahi hojata hai you wil still be your husband's legally wedded wife.. hence have all the rights to stay in the shared house hold, to have maintainance.if the husband has filed a divorce case against you.. you should file a case under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, isme husband ko tumhe case ldne ko pura expenses dena hoga..and a lt more can be done.
