Q: Can a PIL be filed against a business using furnance

I want to know is business which include use of furnace allowed near residential area, if no can we file a pil against such business. How to check id industries are allowed in your area or not.

Q: Can a person represent his own mother under specific power of attorney

Chargesheet was filed against my mother at Magistrate court u/s. 420, 468, 471 IPC. We r planning to file Discharge appl. on next date. Can I appear and argue before court on behalf of my mother with the Specific Power of Attorney. Experts Plz advice.

Q: How to file a case against a person for cheating and misrepresentation

Respected-Sir/Madam, I would like to complain that my uncle(mamaji) has created,misrepresentation, fraudulently the release deed(Hakka sod-patra). He told that you will get the total land as per ancestral right but after some years came to know that property number (7/12) was different , the actually property number Was 49(4) but mamaji told my mother your property number is 42 (4) in the front of sub registrar officer then after 4 years mamaji came to know that the number was wrong then we tried to discuss with mamaji to related number but mamaji always told us we will do it correction as soon as possible then from last two months mamaji not ready for that to changing numbers, not doing any compromise. They openly told us we cannot do it to change the numbers... Now we are filling a case against him for cheating us. Kindly guide & help us through giving us justice.

Since providing solution here you will never be able to get justice and later on you might even compromise with your uncle and forget about the issue.

Sir, I had registered will dated 2006 of my grandfather with favour immovable assest to me. Defenden had will dated 2007 notarised, from a village called brahmpuri. Favouring immovable assets to my grandfather daughter? How can I proof, my will is geniniun, legalised and valid? Thank you Ashish
