Q: Where to file complaint other then police station

When we cant trust local police house where we can file complaint for criminal case ....? Can we file F I R in any other investigation agency Like C B I / other...? do we have any option to request to court by any section for special investigation other than police ? Becase registering complaint is easy but we can fetch some evidence only by appropriate investigation which can be proved in the court so

Sir, In the instant matter , First you should try to file FIR in the police station , if refuses police then file with superintendent of police of the concerned district , accordingly the officers will investigate and file report

Q: Sale deed missing how to sell property

We had a property (two houses), half of which was sold few years back. Now we intend to sell the other half but find original sale deed is missing. What we need to do proceed on sale.

Q: Relatives fraudulently sold father's land after his death

Dear Sir, I have a property, and after death of my father, my far relatives, took advantage of it, they have sold their property to a village peasant, which actually belongs to them. But the problem is, the seller has shown my land as his property and made him occupied my property. We were in such understanding till then that, the property is left vacant, as no one in our family is doing cultivation, after my father’s death,(we came to city for educational purpose). Later, we wanted to sell the property and came to know the fact that, my far relatives has sold their property and shown my property as that sold property. Now, we have told the buyer, to leave my land and occupy what he actually bought. We have obtained Injection order from court as well, but we don't have enough capability to tackle them, since, i am finding them intimidating and the property is in village (I can’t go every-time to look after that from Hyderabad). Please guide me what do I have to do? Myi

Q: Can my daughter ask share in grandfather's property

Dear sir,  i have a prob with my parents as they are supporting in all the way possible to my brother regards his studies, own flat, money and ornaments and every thing where in i have done my 10th class and i am working as a sales person in a normal company and i have a daughter and my brother has son and they didnt give any thing to me and they are giving every thing to my brother. my finicial positioin is very bad situation and i dont know how to ask or how to speak to them to secure my daughter life i request you to kindly give me any idea how to approach them to give me my share which has come from my grandparents and my parents.

Q: Cancellation of agreement to sale

I made an agreement 2 sell my house. buyer has given some amount as advance but failed to pay the money on d dates mentioned in the agreement.so v cancelled d agreement.v told him that v will return his advance as soon as v sell our house 2 someone else and he agreed for it.we got another buyer & returned his advance & agreement was torn.now he is threatening us (with the xerox copy) that he will put a case on us becuz he got severe loss because of us.He is demanding extra money as he says that d property was sold without him being informed & that v made a deal with both d buyers at same time
