Hi, I want to know what is the minimal cost for fighting a cheque bounce case. I have been given a cheque which has bounced twice and the person is not picking up calls now.

Sir minimum cost for filling cheque bounce case is 11000/ .you should given notice to the party who has given cheque through any advocate. After that you should file complaint under section 138 of in act in competent court

I had filed an FIR for a stolen phone, 8 months back the police found the phone and the theif. now the trial is going on in the court, the court first sent a summon to appear in the court as a witness to me which was received by my family in India but I could not go as I am abroad for highter studies and might return after 2-3 years, After that court issued a bailable warrant but I still could not and now they are issuing it again what should I do now, will I have to come back and what if I keep skipping the dates I want the case to be dismissed ,I don't want the accused to go to jail, tell me the way so that I don't have to go to the court and case should be dismissed. what will they do I never come back?

Sir if you want to settal your case and dont want the accused to go to jail.you should not appear in court .after some time court accqutt the accused on the basic of benefit doubt or if you want appear in court you should compromise with the accused with the permission of the court after that accused will accqutt .

Hi , Just wanted to know , I did love marriage last year 30 mar, after 6 month my wife went to their parents and its been 8 months now ... she didn't come back and in between my girl child came ... in apr4 they filed one application in local women cell regarding ... my brother try to rape her ... now case in court as mediation level... now they demand for 10 lakh rupess as a normal class family .. Sir you should file under section 9 of HMA petition in the court. Court give notice to your wife and given a chance both of you to settle the matter .if your wife refuse to sattle the matter .Then court will decide on marrit.
