Q: How can I get share in family property

Hi Sir, we have a own house of 60 sq.yrds. My dad has one brother.He was only living in our own house along with his family, My grand parents were died 5 yrs back. We are living outside even we have own house. If we ask for our share.my fathers brother was not willing to give my share in the property. How can i get my share legally. Please let me know. You have to file a Partition suit before the civil court by producing requiring documents to get your share on the joint property. And I need further clarification as that your grand parents registered any will on the schedule property or not ?



Q: Rights of children of second wife on father's property

We are HINDUS.My father has two wifes.he was died.i am the daughter of second wifew2.first wifew1 have two sons and a daughter.first son was died.daughter married. He will give 5000 per month.he is wasteing the money for his enjoyments from my fathers death.if we ask my mom and my share he says that second wife and his childs has no right on property.will i get my share.my mom has any right on my fathers property.

Q: Property purchased though sale deed already gifted what can I do

I purchased a house in 2009 and staying in the house through a sale deed.but I am unaware of that the owner has already gifted it to his brother ...then how can I proceed now...which is a valid one ...if I go through legal can I get back my property

Q: Can i file writ petition after partition suit filed by sister

i applied for pattadar passbooks and MRO ready to issue because i got it through court but my sister sent a legal notice for partition so they put on hold and saying they can not issue now.she has no right to stop issuing passbooks.she is planning to file a partition suit.now my questions 1. without examining merits just based on legal notice will they deny passbooks 2. can i file writ petition in high court to direct on issuing pass books 3. can i file a writ petition for passbooks even after my sister files a suit for partition 4. does she have any chance to to file injection order
