Q: Suggestion on paying higher rate of interest-Unregistered lenders
Dear All, I need suggestion on paying higher rate of interest for 3 year ( 60%pa) to Private unregistered money lenders. I took Rs. 2 lakhs on 60% PA ( 5% per month) interest amount paid Rs. 3.80 for 3 year till today but still principal is remains same.now problem is that I am not in position to pay interest and seeking legal help and police help. Police not co-operating at Bangalore. I have give 2 blank cheque with signature for security, they trying attack on me in physically and Legally due to cheques. What next to do . Thanks ®ards Venkat

No need to pay, Go and report to the nearrest police station, your problem will be solved. If the police does not entertain directly go to the commissionerate or lodge the complaint the insident clearly through online. You will get the response.

I have a false 498a case registered against me.i have taken anticipatory bail.now the charge sheet is filed in the court. Is it necessary for me to take regular bail even after having anticipatory bail?
