you can marry her. first she has to obtain single status certificate from Bangladesh high commission. after that she can apply for marriage in India. after obtaining marriage certificate she can change her citizenship on the basis of marrying a Indian citizen.

if i file maintenance case/divorce case against my husband and he never shows up, will i never get maintenace in that case? nnare His income proofs mandatory to file maintenance case because i don't have any such doc to prove his salary or total income? please help

if you file divorce case or maintenance case and your husband deny to appear before court then the case will go ex-parte. after submission of evidence and after arguing the court will give an order. no need to submit proof of your husband's income. just you have to mentioned what is he doing and mention an approximate earning figure.

I am hindu by religion. My mother-in-law nowned a land which she registered after the of husband. She has two daughter. Recently yonger daughter eloped with a boy againgt the will of family members and maligned family image.
