Hi sir/ma'amnI want to marry a girl from Bangladesh, I am 25, she is 21, we both are Muslim by religion, what are the things we need to do so that we can marry and she can come to India as a citizen. Due to current situation like CAA or NRC in my state I am worried about if we will get major issues. Please anyone can help me on this

you can marry her. first she has to obtain single status certificate from Bangladesh high commission. after that she can apply for marriage in India. after obtaining marriage certificate she can change her citizenship on the basis of marrying a Indian citizen.

if i file maintenance case/divorce case against my husband and he never shows up, will i never get maintenace in that case? nnare His income proofs mandatory to file maintenance case because i don't have any such doc to prove his salary or total income? please help

if you file divorce case or maintenance case and your husband deny to appear before court then the case will go ex-parte. after submission of evidence and after arguing the court will give an order. no need to submit proof of your husband's income. just you have to mentioned what is he doing and mention an approximate earning figure.

I am hindu by religion. My mother-in-law nowned a land which she registered after the of husband. She has two daughter. Recently yonger daughter eloped with a boy againgt the will of family members and maligned family image. Now my mother in law does not want to give her any property n totally cut off all relationahip forever.She wants to give half of land in the name of elder daughter and other part she want to give my son i.e to her grand son by will.Pl guide legal aspect.

she can gift her property as per her wish. don't make any will. will will be executed after her death and for execution of will a probate case will be done so in that case no objection of legal heirs must be required. if the daughter which she doesn't want to give share she can claim her share

after the death of pattadar all legal heirs have equal right over the property and no one can deprived the other legal heir from his right of inheritance. If any legal heir deprived from the right he can knock the door of court for justice
