Q: Clarification on procedure for name change in birth certificate

my daughter was born in 5/2017 and i have been staying with my parents since 8/2017. her birth certificate has my last name my husband's last name and i want to change it to my maiden name. i am not in contact with my husband since last 5 months. mcd office people said they will my husband's identity proof along with mine to change my name in her birth certificate. i dont have his identity proof. can you please confirm if i can change my last name in my daughter's birth certificate with my husband's id proof?

Madam,It is very easy to change the name in their documents and u need to approach any good advocate or any one who is ready to spare time behind the publishing the details in news paper as well as affidavit in favour of her name for the same and u will be provided with 2 news paper with all detais and that u have to submit in the mcd office and after that u will get the same after 15 days.Regards

Q: Legal procedure for removal of father's name from every document

I want to remove my father's name from every document and my parents are not divorced. I don't want to keep any relation with him. Can anybody suggests me what is the legal way to remove? Only legal way.

DEAR CONCERNED, As on date in india there is such provision but once u file this case than it is 100% in your favour that your case will be a bench mark case for further action and you may get relief as u wish and all purpose may be sorted out

Q: Can I call for court of inquiry by service after normal discharge

After getting normal discharge from armed force service and received the discharge book,LPC etc. Can I called for court of inquiry by service? What are the specific reason for calling? Kindly clarify

Dear concerned, It is best to meet some eminent lawyer who is practising in AFT and can support u to file and defend u by means of protesting u in the court and further u can write to the department as u are not free as of now so whenever will be free will meet for the same .Regards

i raped by my friend when both r going masoori together nd on that base he get bail in second bail application that both r mature nd want to marry.physical relationship make by him r forced nd his family threatened my family nd said that my parents kill me because all r my mistake.we both r from.different caste.

Dear Concerned, As on date caste doesnot matter where as willing to marry and settle down with noble person may not affect any wrong in the life but wrong person from the caste also may lead difficult to live even one days, so you are the best judge to decide weather to file further any case and keep him in the custody that you have many ways if u consult any good lawyer for further action.Regards
