My mother and father's names are wrong in my birth certificate. I want to apply for a fresh passport. Can you tell how to go about the process. The residential address is also of the time when i was born, would i have to get that too changed?

If name of your parents are incorrect in your birth certificate you can oath on Affidavit and further documents can be corrected if same mistake is done on them ...i need complete info to answer you properly ....!!



Q: Religion Conversion after registration of Marriage

I am a muslim girl and I am getting married to a hindu boy in Arya samaj for his parents happiness. So, I have to convert to hinduism first before getting married. Now after this we are also doing a court marriage. And as by then I will be a hindu, so the marriage certificate issued by the court will state the same. Now, the problem is, I am planning to revert to Islam in future as I am accepting hinduism right now just for the wedding at Arya samaj. So, if I do so, will it invalidate my marriage certificate issued by the court?

Yes if you revert to Islam it can be the ground of Divorce in future !! first make up your mind marriage once consummated as per Special marriage act and then if you change your religion it can be the ground for divorce for the boy..!!



Q: Procedure to change place of birth in passport

I want to get the place of birth changed in passport.I have the birth certificate mentioning the correct date of birth. In the "Documents required" for the same it says: 8052 First class judicial magistrate's /Sub-divisional magistrate's (civil court) court order,if change in DoB is more than 2 years or in case of conflicting documents/ if change in place of birth involves change of State or Country) (In case change of place of birth involves change of country, also attach Document No. 7(Certificate of citizenship by MHA)))

College not returning my documents and demanding semester fees that I have not attended and completed so far as I did not satisfied with the education provided.also they did not provided me with the study material and uniform.
