My neighbour was left 5' boundry from his house. Now he is attached boundry to his house and I am facing light issue. Can I go to the court for illigal construction?

yes you can file a suit f o r permanent injunction suit before the competent civil court. you have right to avail air light under the law. you are entitled to get free air and light, if any body is disturbing same then you can take legal resources.

Q: Procedure to get documents and possession after paying amount

hello sir , I had buyed a property in 2016 to the company .it been long time and they are not giving me rights to make building and not giving documents as well . what should i do ?

if the document is registered document then you can file case to take the possession and after taking possession you use the land in question as your requirement.it also depend on your registered document terms and conditions.

Q: High voltage wire passing above my house

What can i do for removing high tension wire above my house its very dangerous and we an use terrace nor we can build first floor please suggest all possible ways what i can do

if the high tension wire was prior your house construction then you have no option and if the high tension wire after your house construction then you may remove it by representing the appropriate authorities or by filing case in the competent court.

Q: Stepmother harassing and asking to vacate the property

Lady was already divorced then i chhose her for marry with my dad.in 2013 they got married in 2017 she had a boy from my dad and now she is abusing both of us because the home is from her office and the boss of that office is her relative other member in my family is also with her because the 3rd number uncle's job also in same office and he also got a room from the office.she do not do any house work except her child and herself all the home stuffs and responsibility is on me and i am also studying i am managing from 6 year but now she had cross her limits and starting mental torture of my father,brother and me by sayin go out of this house and do wahtever i am saying otherwise i will go to the boss and complaint against you she only wants that if she is saying something so we have to do like a labour.every time day and night she wants to fight with us.i have all the proof and recording in which she is talking about leave her home and go etc..tell me what to do

it is your family matter to manage the familiar life but if marriage is registered and valid then you can file a suit of in competent court for grievances and compensation under regular suit, if your dad is supporting then you can also file a suit Talak against your step mother.

yes you have right in the property of your family and you can also claim on the property if you have no brother and if your marriage have been solemnized after revenue code 2006. you can also file suit for your claim.
