Q: MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING TREATMENT

One patient coming to a government specialist saying that he is on treatment for a certain disease like heart disease at a private hospital but he is having no treatment summary or documents. only thing is he is having a medical prescribtion bill to pharmacy with a list of drugs. The patient was referred by some doctor to the specialist. can the specialist prescribe all that drugs without seeing the actual treatment records of this patient. Is it necessary or is it the duty of the specialist to prescribe drugs only after seeing the treatment details and fully understanding the condition - infront of court/law,

It is absolutely necessary that the specialist examined the patient for his present condition. He is not supposed to go by the treatment guidelines as prescribed by the previous Doctor Who examined the patient and the patient claims to have said so without any prescriptions or treatment summary.

Q: Lenovo laptop damaged after service by onsite engineer

I had requested Lenovo to service my LCD screen. The engineer damaged the bezel surrounding the screen. He acknowledged the error and the original issue of the screen was not resolved either. The Lenovo service centre mentioned they will replace the screen and the bezel and the screen in a week. But its been a week nothing has happened so far. Am I eligible to get compensation for the damage caused?

Q: Samsung service centre damaged my device

Hi,My samsung device is damaged by the service center while servicing. I don't have any documents or proof of it, but I know it is. I believe I can prove it if I got the cctv footages from service centre. They are not ready to accept it and threatening me when I ask for proof. Is there any legal way like rti to collect the footages? It is a private firm, I cure solutions, kollam, kerala. It is an authorized samsung service center.Thanks
