I want to change my surname from all legal documents such as passport,aadharcard,driving license,birth certificate,10th & 12th cbse mark list etc.Can someone explain to me the exact procedure for submitting for change in surname each document.I heard that change in surname in ID proof's can be changed from akshaya e-centre is that true?

Answer:- Need to take out gazette notification with regard to change of name. After that approach respective authorities with a copy of gazette notification with a request to change name .

Q: Applied for injunction and case got postponed how to conclude the case

I have filed for an injunction. But there occurred court delay in serving the notice to the party and hence the party did not appear in court on the specified date. The hearing got postponed . I cannot afford to wait till then. Can I apply and and get a restraining order immdly for stopping the reign without holding a hearing? Is there any other alternative pl advise

I have filed for an injunction. But there occurred court delay in serving the notice to the party and hence the party did not appear in court on the specified date. The hearing got postponed . I cannot afford to wait till then. Can I apply and and get a restraining order immdly for stopping the reign without holding a hearing? Answer:- Advance the case and press for a statusquo order till the petition is heard

Q: Can a property given by Gift deed, taken back by the same person

My grandmother gifted some properties to her kids with love and affection without any condition on 2002.can she retake or cancel that gift by anyway ?

Q: Procedure of transferring deceased brother's property without proof

My brother is died he live with us entire life .he told me 1year before he die if he die his property ownership automatically transfer to me he is the younger one. expect me he have 2 brothers (only one is alive)and 3 sisters. he got the property by gift from my mother he is well educated. all the documents in my about the property is there is any chance to property ownership automatically transfer to us any logic in the statement that he told ?

Need to verify the documents, to give a proper response. Whether he has executed any will? Or registered gift or settlement deed? There is no logic in the statement that he told. Only after perusing the documents a final answer can be given.

Q: Ownership of property given by git deed in case brother dies

I given my property to my brother as a gift last year he is died is the ownership return back to me or not ?

Does he have any legal heirs other than you? If yes then Ownership will not return back to you, it will devolve upon his legal heirs. If he doesn't have any other legal heirs other than you then it will come back to you.
