I had filed a case under section 420 against a person but now i want to withdraw the case, what is the process to take down my case from the Court?

Advocate Javeed S answered
Hello mr. You Have to file a quashing petition before the hon'ble high Court and there you have to file an affidavit stating that you are withdrawing the case. This isthe proper procedure.
