can i register a case against my wife and her supportives on behalf of fake statement mentioned in fir.

of course, you can file a case against your in laws or any other supportive of your wife who is making statement in the FIR. but before filing any case you have to consider that what the grievances you have faced and what the consequences of that FIR or case who would be occur, if you have no good Grounds in your favour you should not file any case the filing of a case also created some disturbance in your general life.

Marriage is valid but under the provision of child marriage prohibition act this is punishable under section 6 but child marriage prohibition act is not a henious offence but the same is a bailable offence.

Q: Cheating and rape after promise to marriage done to me

Was in a relationship with my boyfriend from past 2.5 years i belongs to a Christian family and he is from Hindu he promised me that he will marry me on that basis we had sexual intercourse now he is saying i cannot marry you as my parents are not allowing me for the same. I met with his parents as well and told them everything about are relationship but still they are saying we cannot allow our boy to marry you. And that guy is still like i cannot marry you. Now regarding this every single person know in my community and as well as all of my relatives now no one will gonna except me like this. He ruin my life badly. Kindly advice how can i get justice.

Thanks for sharing your problem,If that person make physical relations with you with your permission the physical need of both the parties that is not a rape but if that person force you for making physical relation also promise that if you join him for get complete his lust than he will marry you that is a rape if the promise is false.

Q: Please guide me on Counter Case filing and quashing of FIR

I recently approached a supreme court lawyer regarding cross case filing and quashing of fir and that whether what should i do first in case one has efffect on another and amongst many things he said one sentence that i am unable to understand. Please explain what it may mean according to you. "In fact it would be a big thing if the court is taking the case in counter on its file. " Does he meant that court wont accept the counter case or did he meant that court wont take the counter case in consideration when i go for quashing of FIR or something else.

Please read section 3 limitation act judgement of supreme court it is not a short term it may be under stand after deep study..Don't think that it would make sense but study for the same...Your problem is considerably not easy..

Q: Got summon from the court for mobile theft, presence required or not

Registered FIR for mobile theft. I got summons from court to appear. Though phone not recovered as it is state vs untraceable do i need to attend or i can skip it

If summons served you have to appear before the Hon'ble court , if you have any problem than you have to appoint a person who may inform with a written application about the reason for non appearance.
