Q: Re appeal of case against me which was dismissed by the court

Dear Sir/Madam I had a CR case against me under section 417 in Titabar court if jorhat district.After all the evidences and no any fraud found against me , which took a year struggleness the court has given judgement and dismissed the case. But now again the other party has appealed the case in the District court of jorhat..Now i have no idea. .what shall i do.?

OK, don't worry. The learned appellate court will issue notice to you, then after receiving the notice you should defend the case through a good experienced criminal defense lawyer. The rest will depend on your supporting documents and your lawyer.

Q: How to deal with false allegations of medical negligence

one of my friend's father is a doctor practicing in . He has been arrested by the police, coz acc to them he gave medcine for dehydration to the patient but she died. but the post portem report hasnt come till now.it has been 3 days. they are saying it will take 15days to come. Acc to the doctor, he gave the medicine and asked her parents to get her admitted which they did not. now the lawyer is saying it will take 15 DAYS to get a bail. Also the IMA is least interested to intervene. plz suggest

No lawyer can say how much time will require to get bail. It may be granted on the very first day of the motion stage of the bail petition or some time may be required also. It will depend on the supporting documents as well as on the compatibility of lawyer and other factors also. However it would be wise to contact a good reputed lawyer as early as possible.

Q: Marriage with my mothers brothers daughter

Can I marry my mother's brother daughter??? We are in close relationship and want to marry each other nut none of our family member is agree. So what cell i do to keep our relatinship

The most important thing is that by which law you are governed. If the law to be governed is Mohammedan law, then there is no legal bar to solemnize the marriage in such relation. You can take resort to Special Marriage Act also and perform marriage accordingly. But if you believe in Hinduism, your such relationship is called "sapinda" which doesn't permit marriage between you and your such sister. Moreover the age of majority is also important.
