Cases pending in lower court since from 20 years where prosecution filed cases against me with fake FIR chargesheet and other supporting fake documents . What can I do for the same .

चार्जशीट दायर होने के बाद भी आरोपी एफआईआर रद्द करवाने के लिए सीआरपीसी की धारा 482 के तहत उच्च अदालत में याचिका दे सकता है। अब तक कानून यही है कि किसी आपराधिक मामले में चार्जशीट दायर हो जाने पर उसमें धारा 482 के तहत एफआईआर रद्द करने की याचिका स्वीकार्य नहीं होती, लेकिन कोर्ट के इस फैसले से आपराधिक न्यायशास्त्र की स्थिति में अभियुक्तों के पक्ष में बड़ा बदलाव आ गया है।

My father had above 1cr in his bank balance in uttar pradesh.The bank told me to get a succession certificate.How much is the court fees and also is there a maximum cap on that court fees.

जैसा कि किसी भी सूट में देय अधिकतम अदालत शुल्क रु। 50000 / - और आपके द्वारा सीधे खरीदी गई कोर्ट फीस के माध्यम से भुगतान किया जा सकता है। कोर्ट की फीससक्सेशन सर्टिफिकेट जारी करने के लिए कोर्ट फीस भी लेता है. यह मृत व्यक्ति की संपत्ति के हिसाब से होती है. सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति को यह रकम न्यायिक स्टांप पेपर के रूप में चुकानी होती है.
