Q: Can will be challenged in case of ancestral land

My father had 11 kanal and 10 marla land on the gt road which is so expensive. we are 3 brothers and 2 sisters. now my father has died. but just before death , he had transffered land to my two brothers , he didnt give single penny. but he had not transffered by registry , it is transffered by vasihat . so someone told me that i can break that vasihat by legal case in court and can get my land . so thats why ,it was ancestral land. What shall I do?

Q: Divorce on ground of domestic violence

its been 3 n half years of my marriage. We had a love come arrange marriage. But after 1 month my in-laws started misbehaving with me. They used to do back-bitching with my husband and My husband used to do fight with me, hit me sometimes . He has crossed all the limits man handling, abusing language, mentally, emotionally tourcher. I am done with this relationship. Also i have a baby girl but i want the custody of my daughter.

need not to be worry as per law after filing case you will get the custody of your daughter .rest if your version is true then it will be easy for you to get the custody but on condition that your version is true

Q: What to do a false FIR has been lodged against me

I am being charged with false Fir 107-151 after I didn't compromise with the other party. Police pressurised me and try to get a compromisecompromise , after I ready the compromise affidavit they didn't do as promised, seeing this I cancelled my signatures on the affidavit. On this they have done a false Fir saying that I am running from the compromise and I even abuse the other party. What should I do?

not to worry simple file case and start the inquiry in office of cp then you will get the relief as per compromise and in case they will not abide it then you will be able to get the legal remedy and no case register against you

Q: How to get possession on a property after order has been received

hey! its harshpreet my query is that my fathr has filed a case of taksim and faisla has been made on 17/12/15 and till now i have not get the kabja of that particular land now I have 2 questions is there any limit of time in which i have to take kabja of that particullar land and if yes then what can be the demerit after the expire of that time (2) the othr party has gone to finance commissioner chandigarh and has taken stay on that particular land and they pay the expenses of the case by selling what ever the output of that land comes and we are paying from our pocket now somebody told me to appoint reciever on that land so that they can not use that land also now my second question is that is appointing of reciever is safe in this case and who is having the athority to appoint that reciever.

Meri marriage ko 4.5 saal ho gye ha in me se 2 saal meri wife ne apne parents k paas rahi ha. 2 months yaha or 2 months waha. Main sath ni rehna chahta bcz wo mujhe parents se alag rehne ko kehti ha. Hamari kabhi ni bni. Hmari dono ki bilkul bhi ni banti . Wo, uski mom, uska bhayi, uska maama mujhe or meri family ko ab dhamki de rahe ha jguthe case me fasane ki mere paas recording bhi ha . Kya hame antispectory bail mil sakti ha
