Sir, I am Vivekananda Roy, want your help. I am an ex Air Force Person and want to build a small house at my native village at my father's bastu vita which is debattar property. My parents are expired and my other brothers are not allowing me and not signing my application as no objection. Now I want to build house at my unti's vastu vita which is lying vacant which is also debatter property. My uuty is widow and issuless and staying away near her father's house. She is allowing me to build a house at her bastu vita (debatter property) and given me two kathas of land at her bastu. That she has sign in a Non Judicial Stamp paper stating she has no objection if Vivekananda Roy build a house at my bastu(debatter). Now our panchayat is not giving me permission saying that the as a sebait my name should be registered and permission to build a house on that debatter bastu can not be given by allowing in a Non Judicial Stamp Paper. Please let know the procedure to build a house on a debattar

Q: What to do if my boyfriend has cheated on me

Hello sir /madam . my name is Soni and i have filed a FIR against my Ex.boyfriend was has cheated me in name of marriage.we were in relationship for 9 years and he promised to marry me.i am Hindu and he was Muslim.he cheated me and got married to a Muslim girl without y knowledge.FIR has being registered under ipc section 417 and 420. case is registered in Visakhapatnam (AP).case is in investigation status. he got married and he is working in Poland now.he took his wife along with him. Please advice me what shall i do next.there are few incident happened in Delhi as we stayed in hotel and i do have proofs. can i registered another FIR in Delhi ? Do i have options available to transfer my case to Delhi . please help me with the best options as am only the one suffering a lot even thought he did crime and played with my feelings

Q: Can a property be sold for which the buyer has not paid full amount

We sold our property to one known person 10 years back and till date he didnt pay us the full amount because of that reason registry is on our name and he didnt asked also for registry in last 10 years. On trust bases he took the original documents from us. Now if we sell that property to some other person by telling him the whole story how serious charges will be there on us? is there a safe way to proceed on this?

There are several ways to avoid any inconvenience but first of all you have to tell that by what means did you receive the payment??? Under whose possession is the property at present?? How long has it been since you sold the property was there any kind of agreement during the said deal??



Q: Builder not giving the full refund of my paid booking amount

Hi,I have paid a sum of around 7 lacs rupees to the builder for booking my flat.Now, after a month ,due to unavailabilty of further funds and various other issues ,I decided to withdraw my money .and I have asked for a refund of my full money form them. only the application form was signed and no Builder buyer agreement was signed. Now, Its been almost a month i have been calling them day & night and running behind for the refund for which the sales team say"Your money might be partially refunded or fully forfeited" .Please advice me what to do further? As it is my Hard earned money and this is a very serious case as i don't wish to lose even a single rupee.

What was the mode of payment did u sign any consent letter or any other document what consideration did u get after depositing 7 lac rupees did u get any kind of acknowledgment of the said deposit??? Initially you can opt for a police complaint for criminal breach of trust or you can file recovery suit there are many more option but first you have to clarify things



Q: What to do when the builder has not given the possession of the flat

I booked a flat in Supernova with a Noida Builder Supertech. Terms 30/70. 4 years ago I paid 30% on booking. Rs. 52Lakhs. Balance 70% Rs.1.10 crore on possession. They do not have CC or OC. Their building completion date was Dec. 2016. It is already delayed by over 18 months. They have sent me a legal notice to make payment of 1.38crore. This is highly inflated. I want help to take my legal stand. To demand CC and OC first as my buyers right. Then set up the inspection date of the flat. During the inspection i will have my advocate and registered surveyor/inspector. with me. Both will submit a written report. Advocate will draw up the list of documents and papers needed before or on possession for smooth transfer of property on payment of full balance payment. Surveyor will measure and calculate the super area for any short coming, and building defects. Please advice who could help in this. I am in USA.
