Q: File divorce for extra marital affair

I am a male and I have 5 years old daughter right now she is staying with me since 8 months. Wife is staying at other place due to her job. I have the proof of wife adultery. If I file for a divorce. During the process of divorce my daughter will live with whom. Pls advise.

on this ground you have to prove In the court extra marital affairs and need strong evidence on this ground if you have evidence then you can go for divorce on this ground otherwise you can take other ground qurullty is the best ground for the divorce there is not certain defecation for this this ground

नहीं यह पॉसिबल नहीं है आपको डाइवोर्स तो लेना ही होगा तो आप आपसी सहमति से ले सकते हैं जब आपके बीच विवाद हैं तो इसमें कोई आपत्ती नहीं है आप जो बात कह रहे हैं की ऐसी का व्यक्ति सेकंड मैरिज कर सकता है क्या तो वह संभव नहीं है इसलिए आप पहले अपनी पत्नी से पूछना है की क्या वह आपसी सहमति से तलाक देने को तैयार है अगर वह तैयार नहीं हो तो फिर आप स्वयं अकेले ही विवाह विच्छेद की प्रार्थना पत्र न्यायालय में पेश कर सकते हैं और इस आधार पर तलाक ले सकते हैं कि आप दोनों के बीच अब कोई संबंध नहीं बचा है ना ही आप दोनों पिछले कई सालों से साथ रहते हैं दांपत्य जीवन खत्म हो चुका है इस आधार पर आपको डाइवोर्स की बिक्री मिल जाएगी.
