Q: What can I do if a cheque bounce case judgement is against the holder

I filled a check​ bounce case and the judgement was against of me . Judge sir said my all paper is ok but the only speed post receiving paper is only signed of Sr. Supretendent of postoffice is there , there should also post office stamp should be there.and accused is also said he not received any letter, and we file the the case before the proper time period end. Then what I do Next please help me out .

You have not furnished complete fact. Whether the notice was received or returned undelivered.If you have filed registered postal receipt with your complaint and the same returned back undelivered with acknowledgement. You may file criminal revision before the session judge.

Q: Which office to approach for a marriage under special marriage Act?

I am an Indian citizen( Hindu), working in Central govt. I wish to marry a Venezuelan native (Christian). What are the formalities required to marry in Ranchi. Which office to approach and documents required for registration. Thanks

You may approach before the Sub registry office, ranchi for your registry marriage. You are required to furnish the following Documents.. aadhaar and age proof. You have to fill form for special marriage atleast two witness required.

Q: Want clarification on grounds for cancellation of registered sale deed

Dear sir, I want to know that Registered Sale deed can be cancelled or not? In which ground? If the person have purchase the plot size is 2000 sq feet in paper but the plot size is 1600 sq feet in ground on 26 Nov 2015. Please help me I am in deep problem.

Registered sale deed may be cancelled by filing title declaration suit before the civil court on the ground of fraud and misrepresentation of facts. Further in the given situation you may also file criminal case for the offence of cheating.

Q: Judge awarded no maintenance to family except wife

Sir,mere papa double marriage kiye ha,pahle ma hamlog ha ,hamlog 3 bhan or ek bhai ha,second mai 2 ldka ha,meri pitagi ki ek cargo ki company chalti ha usme 2nd wife ko patner bana diye ha,oo hamlogo ko kuch bhi nahi dete,sidha bolte ha mere pass kuchh nahi ha,saara unka ha,,or jab ki company bhaut pahle se chal rahi ha,maine case 1.7 year pahle kiya hua ho,kuch din pahle judgment aya ki apko 10 hazar rupaya maintaince millega..o bhi sirf meri maa ko,meri bhan ki saadi nahi hui ha unko bhi nahi milla,oo jaisa bole vaisa hi hua,,oo bole mai 20000 hazar kamata hu ,meri 2 truck ha.usi se income ha..jab ki maine sara document diya pan card,aadhar card,company license magar koi verification nahi kiya gaya..yaha pa saare lawyer or judge hamare father ke hand mai ha,,maine crimnal case bhi kiya ho,magar abhi tak runing nahi hua,,isske baad bhi hamlogo ke sath maar pit bhi hua,medical hard injury report hone ke baad bhi kuch nahi hua..oo salana 5 lacs ka income show kar raha ha,monthli jyda h

If you are aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment of the court, you may file revision or appeal before the Hon'ble High court for enhancement of award on the grounds of higher income of your father he is liable to maintenance of his legitimate girls also.

Sir ek ladki ne mere bade bhai or chote bhai pr rape or sharirik ched char or sharirik galat harkat ka jhuta arope lagayi h or FIR me kahin bhi penetration or intercorse nhi hua or na medical hua fir bhi police ne 376 laga diya mere bade bhai ki age h 50 year's or chote bhai ki age h 25 year h can you please give me a proper solution or what should I do

For any suggestions in respect of criminal offence you should furnish FIR first. If there is specific detail regarding non penetration mentioned then there should be case u/s 376/511. FOR MORE Send copy of FIR
