Notarised agreement to sale of shop made. Seller did not giving posession wisht o cancell the deal . In agreement 10.11.2022 was last date of posession and sale deed date 15.11.2022. 3 lacs given by bank rest 7 lac will be paid on sale deed day. due loan of finance company sale deed delays from saller side.
