since u have entered into agreement with the party and partly acted upon u cannot challenge it. however, if the cheque bounced ahe cannot file complaint for cheque bounce because u dont have any liablity or legally enforceable debt.

file domestic violence complaint against ur husband and in laws. file application for maintenance unser section 125 crpc. file these proceedings so that you can prove cruelty by your husband. then file divorce.
Q: College Refused To Return My Original Documents Post Admission Cancel
I got admission in BSc CS Ferguson college in the academic year 2017-18.At the time of admission, I submitted my migration certificate (from CBSE) , transfer certificate to the college for verification process.I couldnt attend college due to medical reasons following which I cancelled my admission in june.Upon cancellation, a TC from fegusson was given but my original documents were not returned but in 2018-19 I got admission in BCA in rajasthan university and they admitted me on the basis of class 12th and are asking for my original class 12 documents but fegusson has refused to return them to me.

You just have to file application under section 9 if you want to cohabit with your wife. Or u can directly file divorce on the ground of desertion. In case you file application under section 9 and wife does not honor the decree for restitution u can file for divorce.
