Advocate Hemakshi Gandhi has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

Advocate Hemakshi provides services in various field of civil laws, family law, consumer cases, landlord/tenant matters, property related matters, matrimonial related matters and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents.

Advocate Hemakshi has been actively involved in Dispute Resolution. She has been handling property matters, company matters, writ petitions and appeals including appeals in Bombay High Court. She has been looking after Partnership Suits, Summary Suits, Property Suits and all other kind of General Litigation in Bombay City Civil Court and Bombay High Court. Hemakshi also provides legal consultancy services to corporate entities on a wide range of legal matters and conducting extensive research work and finding case laws, handling procedural aspect of various courts, coordinating and interacting with clients, taking instructions and preparing them for trial and maintaining sustained contact with legal professionals, domestic and government officials for initiating and follow-ups on legal procedures and finalising various legal agreements. Along with the above, she has been drafting various applications, Legal Notices, Notice of Motions, Chamber Summons, Plaints, Written Statements, Petitions, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, Affidavits and Applications for legal proceedings under statutory provisions and drafting and vetting various legal & commercial documents viz, Contracts, Indemnity Deeds, Sale Deeds, Document related to Real Estate etc.

Advocate Hemakshi enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 1995. She is a member of the Maharashtra and Goa High Court Bar Association & Panvel District Court Bar Association.
